This is a shame. I was really looking forward to seeing how these guys would do in Big XII play. Good thing Griffin is young...the NCAA might even give him a medical redshirt.
Too bad; they had a chance to go bowling.
Baylor's Griffin done for season
Waco, TX (Sports Network) - Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin will miss the rest of the season with a right knee injury.
The sop re suffered the injury during the first quarter of Baylor's resounding 68-13 victory over Northwestern State on Saturday. An MRI exam done Sunday revealed an isolated tear in the ACL.
In three games this season for the Bears, Griffin completed 65.2 percent of his passes (45-of-69) for 481 yards and four touchdowns. He added 111 yards on the ground and two rushing scores.

Sucks.............feel for the Bears.
Somehow the Vomiticon doesn't do this justice. Baylor would have found a way to shoot themselves in the foot even with Griffin, but it was still nice being able to watch a game and think the team had a chance for a change.
All aboard the Cougar bandwagon.
they are going to get worked by my Golden Flashes this weekend
I hope so. This is ing tragic.
weird thing is that he played a half on that injury.
I honestly think he is the best dual-threat in the nation - over Prior and Teabow.
This is . I like Baylor..always root for them if they're not playing UT. Harry Miller (Their old basketball coach) is a close friend of the family. I was also pretty close with Brian Skinner (now in the NBA). This is horrible.
a major ? that's not nice.
Proof Baylor has mailed it in as a result of the Griffin injury: They're already down 17-0 to Kent State.
