I have Time Warner Cable. They carry it. Also, many of the Dish providers carry NBA League Pass. If none of your carriers provide it, you can just buy NBA League Pass Broadband:

Hey guys, I live in Southern California (burbank) and need to purchase NBA league pass but neither Charter Communications nor At&T Provide them. What do you guys use? Any info would be helpful
