My girlfriend keeps ing about her 23 year old brother causing trouble at her parents house and it makes me wonder why the they don't kick his ass out to the real world and make the mother er get a steady job and his own place? He is not in school and works at Target. What a ing loser.

15 but it was weird cir stances. I stayed in a dorm for school for two years and then after I graduated I got a job and got my own place. I am still close with them so no I wasn't one of those idiots that thought I knew everything and would scratch my face up.
18 for me. Joined the military.
I was 23 when I first moved out but I got along great with my parents, and they didn't cramp my style too bad. They were kind enough to give me a roof while I got through school and got a steady job established, and I was kind enough to stay out of trouble and not be too much of a handful.
Methinks some kids take the Toys R' Us theme too seriously.
I was 17 when I was told to make it happen.
Moved out?
18. Got a full-time job, enrolled in school and got my mom to co-sign on an apartment. I couldn't wait to get the out of there.

my girlfriends's brother is the same as the op. Except he doesn't even work at target.

I'm 25 and I'm moving back in with my parents next weekend. It's going to be awful. I took a job in Chicago, but I don't start until the first of the year, so I figured I better put my condo on the market so I wasn't stuck playing for 2 places- well, it sold much quicker than I expected and I couldn't find a month to month lease that was worth my while.....so Its back to the old bedroom! I haven't lived there since Senior year of high school. THat said, it will be pretty nice to live without a housing payment and expenses that go along with it for 3 months.

it's a double edge sword, move out you start paying for (rent, food, etc.) unless your spoiled. stay with the parents a few more years you don't have to pay for much, get free nice dinners, and etc.
moved out when i was 18 when i started college.
Serenity now!!!
I don't dislike my parents but I would live in a tent under a bridge before I moved back in with them.
24, got married and bought a house.
Damm im still living with my parents, and im 20, i want to finish college so i could move out already
