Over reacting FTW.
I Do agree though this team has problems... Even when Tony and Manu come back the chemistry issues will still be there.
I'm a true fan but it's now the truth. Still old, beaten up and need yet more athleticism. If it keeps up, just blow up the team and start from scratch. Lottery 2010 here we come!

we need parker thats all
defense is great but we need the help offensive wise right now
I hate boozer now
if it was the all star break this site would collapse cause it would be true. so far too early
I agree, atleast if we dont make playoffs we will get a nice pick
No excuses. The Spurs suck ass now. I don't see things changing. Sorry, screw that previous sentence. I see Parker, Ginobili and Duncan taking turns changing spots on the inactive list.
You know you are not not playing well when Peja pulls 13 rebounds on you.![]()
Hey, so does this mean I can now start slanging these shirts

Way too early to count the Spurs out. Just calm it down spurfan
The Spurs were done after the 08 WCF. Death by Mamba.
anything more than what SA already has is bonus.
i for one am glad i rooted for a team that's given us 4 les to cheer about.
now, another one i wouldn't object to, though.
sori, but that's just defeatist loser talk there.
no, it's being grateful to one of the best runs in history, and being able to watch it![]()
this thread should have been made last year, but I agree, Ginobli is on his way to the glue factory.
Spurstalk normally has a bigger meltdown than this in November, not impressed.
Truth is, if you were a real Spurs fan, you wouldn't have started this thread in the first place. This is the most talent we've had on a Spurs team in a long time, and they're just having to gel. And if losing last night to a Jazz team by 7 points, without Manu or Tony, makes you think they suck, you know about the Spurs. We always have slow starts...we're known for that...but then again, if you were a fan, you'd know that. Settle the down...72 games to go.
I think some of the frustration is the fact that the additions of RJ, Dice, and Blair were viewed as the types of additions that would help the team still win despite injuries. I think the problem is that the injuries happened so early on in the season before the team and especially the new players could find a comfort level with each other. Obviously, it also doesn't help that the injuries happened to both Tony and Manu.
It's way too early to panic, but probably not too early to have serious concern whether the team can stay healthy enough throughout the season.
Manu has to be on his "last strike" for injuries however, his expiring contract will look nice to other teams, I love the guy but sitting on the pine every game won't help.
