Thought I'd break the trend of the LOL threads.
Wow the suns kick ass! J rich has been playing really well.
O & 42!
Everything's clicking at the moment:
-Nash is playing at a high level
-Stoudemire is rounding into shape, playing aggressively and rebounding well
-Hill and JRich have been outstanding
-The bench plays great defense, and has been the brightest spot of the season so far
-Outrebounding opponents while still maintaining a fast pace
-Alvin Gentry > Mike D'Antoni
The only woes, really, have been poor FT shooting and Turnovers.
-Little Xy growin' up to be gay like Big Xy.

I watched the replay of the boston game and have to say I was impressed with dragic this time around. It used to be he'd be pissing his pants and try to force every play.
Now he tries to drive and if there's nothing, then start the offense. Nothing stellar but they didn't suffer the typical slump when nash went to the bench.
They're doing much better on this road trip so far than I expected.

THeyre not as good as their record indicates. They barely got by the Heat and Clips and the Celtics win was an act of God.
But theyre playing with confidence now and I like the bench production.

I feel better now. But, just to be sure, heal up Parker & Duncan and stand by for action.
Theres no delusions of anything else this time around. The Suns are openly stating that their goal is to make the playoffs (and I think management is hoping that they can get past the first round).
Way too early to tell if its a possibility.
I love how Spurfan and Lakerfan is making fun of Sunfan for saying the Suns are a contender when I have yet to read one single post on this forum from a Suns fan declaring that they are back in contention. I'm pretty sure almost all of us still think the 2nd round is a best case scenario.

I haven't seen a single Suns fan here say that the Suns are the best in the West, or even 2nd best. Most of us are excited, but I think we've all been humbled enough by the last few years to know what to expect from this team.
I'm impressed by the Suns performance thus far in the season. They're a scary-ass team.
