Does anyone know of/can recommend any good remodeling company that won't poke my eyes out?
I'm looking for a few estimates for several little *projects*...so I don't have to make Useruser666 do it all himself.

Knock out some walls....and put up some new ones.
I have a ton of things, actually.....I'm still trying to prioritize them by necessity and affordability...and those that I can do myself.
I'm trying to get my house in shape to eventually sell......
SW, Vintage Reconstruction did some work for us. Granted, it was insurance work (shower leak), but we had them also put up a wall and some pocket doors in our living room aka the computer room/my office. The whole idea was that this room is always in such a mess that we could just close the doors (which we never do

I charge 40 bucks a day or 25 a day plus beer,
My truck is still in the shop so I pay 10 bucks to the job and 10 bucks for the ride home. That means you guys pay 20 bucks and I am your for 8 hours.
you can't beat that, unless you go downtown and hire one of the s under the bridge.
I refinish hardwood floors lay linoleum floors tile floors, tape and float, shoot acoustic ceilings ,texture walls ,paint and hang sheet rock.
If you hire any contractors make sure you pay them after the job is done and ask them if the clean up is part of the contract.
You can hire the pros and just give me a 20 and I will come and remove the trash.
I can mow and weed eat your lawn and I do house sitting for folks who go out of town,
Maybe you can have a paint party GTG after we paint we play cards.
if you want to know who is cheap? call a real estate agent they know who is the cheapest and they should they pay the less to get work done.

There's not a lot either he or I couldn't do ourselves....but with our schedules it'd probably take 2 years to finish. I don't want to wait that long.
