You forgot the other two teams involved...LeBron going to the Spurs for Mike Finley.
Which is about as likely to happen as the Lakers trading Bynum right now.
I have insider connections that are always 100% correct in these situations. They usually get things to me a few days before the trade is made so bare with me here.
The preliminary talks are a three way trade being discussed between the Lakers, Mavs, and Thunder
The Thunder would receive yours truly and Derek Fisher from the Lakers
The Lakers would receive Josh Howard and Russell Westbrook
and The Mavericks would receive Andrew Bynum and OKC's rights for a first rounder
Again, this is only what i'm hearing and updates are soon to follow

I heard that the Thunder is thinking about trading Nick Collison for Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol and Shannon Brown.
