No surprise. This Dallas team is horrible on back-to-backs. Old teams need more time to recover.
...while it's too early to worry about standings, and we still can't beat +.500 teams, hopefully this gives us the loss back last night when we (hopefully) beat the Nets tomorrow.

big deal. Another team the spurs can't beat.
like spursdynasty says dallas isnt that good when they dont start making bs shots
Dallas needed a huge effort to win last night so it's no surprise they were gassed for tonight.
Utah was on a b2b as well, and were fighting uphill after being down 14-33 against Memphis last night.
I didn't make this thread to criticize the Mavs, I only made it because it'd be nice to get a game back in the standings assuming we can beat the Nets tomorrow.
The bull about it is, I bet if the same scenario played out (Dallas beats Utah last night) and they played San Antonio today they would've played with even more energy. They turn into the Dream Team whenever, wherever they play the Spurs.
haha, mavericks only vs spurs having especial energy!
Perfectly example of how fluky that 4th quarter was last night.
Jazz are perennially a weak road team. 7-11 this season.
Damn we really suck![]()
Denver just lost to Sacramento too...
Back down to earth Mavs...
I love the way Josh Howard and Drew Gooden didn't play tonight also...![]()
![]()
so weird how every team in the nba is coming down to earth
Seriously, as of right now no one looks like a le contender.
But it's only January
I just saw this also. Denver and Dallas lose and keep us in the running.
Weird. Hopefully, NJ is not as pumped to play the Spurs as the Mavs were.![]()
Spurs still third in the west in the loss column, and only 1 behind 2nd place.
This is hilarious
i was anxious to see who won today, and i had a feeling dallas would lose this is funny!!!! i bet gasol is going to come back right when we play the lakers, man even if he doesnt the spurs arent carrying themselves well, enough to beat l.a, if they do i will be really impressed
