MAVS have tried to acquire Boozer and now they're trying to acquire Dalambert and Igudala from the sixers for Howard and Dampier. If this happens, I would put the MAVS above the lakers and spurs in the west.Lets hope it doesnt!

Utah wants the best offer it can get. There's no reason to settle for just cap space and lux tax savings when the trade deadline is a month away. They are trying to get talent too.
Iggy's a defensive beast and gets a lot of points in the paint only knock on him is his jumper

What the mavs are lacking is points in the paint and while our perimeter defense has improved with Shawn, its still not great. Dallas has enough jumpshooters on the team.

Iggy would absolutely fit in with this Mavs team and make them even more athletic and better defensively.
Also, say what you will about Sammy D, he is overpaid, but he is still a good defensive player and can impact games when he has his head on straight.
