Not possible since RJ's contract is much bigger than Ariza's. But yeah I would. Ariza's defense > RJ's defense and that's all that matters.
Since Trevor Ariza and Richard Jefferson are both having shooting slumps and if salaries matched. I gotta ask. Would you trade Jefferson for Ariza?

I would. Ariza doesn't need to shoot in order to contribute. RJ has to shoot well to counterbalance all the ways he hurts the team.

Without question. Even if Ariza's shot selection is crap right now on the rockets, he actually brings a lot of things to the table and stays disruptive on the defensive end especially in passing lanes.
