And deserve it. If he can maintain 30/7/8 on >50% shooting for the rest of the season, he's the best in the game. Tim is having a career year and if you compare the PER36 stats, it's closer than you'd think (LeBron plays 38.6 per game, Timmy plays 32.5) but LeBron is looking like Jordan this year.

I don't understand why Kobe continues to be so high in the MVP standings. He's not even the best player on the Lakers.
