Have there ever been any injuries at an All-Star game? I was always curious but can't find anything

IIRC, Brad Miller got hurt in the 2004 All-Star game. Sprained foot. I think he missed like ten games.

That's the common belief, but Fosse made it back to the All-Star game the next season and continued as a regular for a few more years. The injury that effectively ended his career came a few years later when he tried to break up a clubhouse fight involving Reggie Jackson.
