or which one do you like ?(it's not Manu vs Tony thread)
but more about Hill able to support the Spurs since he stays a spur for a long time
fill better the PG spot or the SG spot in Spurs system for you guys ?
(this is just hypothetical question of course.)
For those who don't catch it,what is better :
Tony at PG, Hill at SG + traded guy
or
Hill at PG, Manu at SG + traded guy
or which one do you like ?(it's not Manu vs Tony thread)

Why do you keep posting stupid stuff you either jump ship and say trade manu yet your name says ginobili fan then yesterday you posted how we had to fight for the last end of the season while spelling ultimate wrong and now you wanna trade tony and manu again? come on man make your mind up haha

It's pretty obvious, given Hill is a score-first guard that is most comfortable playing off the ball.
Having said that, it's definitely a positive that Hill has improved his ability to distribute and to run the offense as lead guard. It gives the Spurs FO flexibility to consider both options going forward.
Hill is good. Manu and Parker are way better. We can't win without Manu and Parker.
actually these numbers sound exactly like Tony Parkers numbers, hence the low assist and pretty good ppg! Give or take a few assist for Parker!, Defense is by far better in George HilL!
Sorry, no.
For his career, Tony has assisted on 31.5% of all FGs scored by his teammates while he was on the court, peaking with a mark of 40.1% last season.
Hill's number is 13.7% this year, after 16.1% last season.
In round numbers, Tony gets assists at twice the rate of Hill.
spurs do not think hill is a point guard
he can fill in once in awhile
I know but it seemed like no one here cares about Spurs, just like everyone gave it up, everyone is just waiting and seeing...
Am I the only one worrying about the solutions for the Spurs ?
Or maybe I'm just crazy can someone tell me
getting rid of tp is not the solution for the spurs
im sure a lot of us are worried but im also pretty sure alot of us don't want parker gone..
pop's system isn't a walk in the park to learn.. so imagine being the point guard of that system..
this is like our worst season in the past how many years? that doesn't necessarily mean rebuild.. if we trade away 1 of our big 3.. that automatically means rebuilding to me.. as long as pop's still head coach.. i dont care if we get a superstar in return..
even tho we're doing bad now.. i think trading at this point won't mean we'll get better and win a chip.. yes i think a trade'll be good but who knows.. maybe we need an entire season to get it right before the post season starts
we could be a whole lot worse
