    Quick summery, the PS3 clock is ing up because it can't understand today is the last day of Feb. and resets to 1999 and games will not launch, it just kicks you back to the PS3 menu.

    What sucks is the gamers who don't even have it hook up online will get this error and when the update to fix it is release, how would they know or update if they are offline gamers only.

    I thought it was only happening to me


    But I have no problem with lauching games.

    However, I couldn't sign in to the PS Network.

    My console has this problem.

    However, since I can still play games, I still prefer this to a RRoD.

    This only affect fat PS3s right? Not that it matters, I haven't turned on my PS3 since getting ME2.

    That's the report but I was getting some pretty weird network errors Fri/Sat that sounded similar on my slim, but who knows if it was related or not.

    I agree with that, and I have both systems. I've been RRoD'd at three ing times, so this is nothing.

    Only took me 5 days to get a new 360 off a RRoD

    And my ps3 started having trouble reading discs but luckily for me costco handled it otherwise I'm sure I wouldn't have been as lucky at getting a new system as I was with the xbox.

    Like that's something new.

    People have been having this same conversation since the 16-bit consoles. Nobody debated over the 8-bits because lets be honest... nobody owned a Sega Master System, everybody had a NES.
