Alright so my friend and I were having this argument on who the better player is between these two and despite Hairston's athletic ability and talent I would have to go with Pops Mensah-Bonsu... my friend on the other hand, thinks that Hairston is some type of GOD

Please take your pick so we can settle the dispute

Uh, for their size and position, they are both phenomenal athletes. That's where their stories diverge, however. Hairston is a basketball player. PMB can jump high and run fast.

Both would be upgrades for the guys they'd be replacing. One is an indication just how weak the Spurs were at the position at one time.

    Mensah Bonsu was overrated.

    Hairston any day.

Hairston seems like the harder worker. I would have to go with Hairston.

I think Hairston is more mature and a better all-around player with better skills. Pops would be great if he focused into becoming a Rodman like defender and rebounder; he definitely has the tools..
