George Hill : how far do you think he can go ?

Rodrigue Beaubois :do you know ?
He's the rookie PG of Dallas.
the Mavs fan consider him better than Devin Harris and they think he can be better than TP. (NBA analysts call him the TP with jumpers).
Cuban said he would consider trading Roddy with only 1 or 2 players in the NBA wich means Lebron or Kobe.
I watched him play and I have to admit that this kid will be a star even though it is hard to shallow.
Dallas with Kidd, Beaubois, Butler, Terry and Barea have one of the best backourt in the game.
To resume Beaubois is PG who plays more 2 guard like Hill, he has wingspan, speed, athletic abilties like Hill and is a very good defender like Hill too.
But to be honest RB has a better jumper and range, and playmaking ability.

Anyway the thing is I'm very happy with Hill evolution this year but I wonder if he can break this wall wich separate average/good players from great/star player.
Do you think he can be an all-star caliber player ?
And who could you compare him with if he has to turn into a star (not a pornostar of course)

I think Hill will continue to improve. May be a consistent 15 ppg player. But he'll never be an All-star.

All I know is he's gonna need to step it up for the rest of the month and so if we plan on positioning ourselves well for the playoffs.

As for his ceiling well..I think he can definitely improve, I just don't know if he can become a star. He plays well but lacks that mental edge or mental toughness to be a star. He needs to be more aggressive and more assertive if he wants to get to that next level.
