No, we don't. We're not a great team, but we're pretty decent. I think we've just been spoiled.
We're still the fourth seed in the West.
That said, this team probably isn't Finals-caliber.
we're not the most feared any more. Sad to say it but dallas is way better than us and Rockets got more heart than us.
a big part of it is shot selection: it's terrible.
We're done and it's sad to see Duncan's final playing years wasted this day. The FO did the best they could but our coach has been so stubborn all year long. I wouldn't mind seeing Duncan and Manu walk away playing for another team if that gives them an opportunity to win another ring

It's really sad that this team has had the second easiest schedule in the NBA and still has shown no real improvement since day 1, or even last season.
We still have the same scoring droughts for the same long lengths of time.
We still can't get stops.
Injuries are still slowing us down.
Our offseason acquisitions end up overrated by a large margin.

This team could contend for a le with just their offense.

The Spurs are an above average team, it's something we'll have to deal with..everybody needs to lower the expectations..an above average team has just as good of a chance at winning a game than it does losing a game when they're playing an average team or better..that's the Spurs, people need to accept it..
This team really needs help to play D, the players on the roster simply can't do it..
The coaching has been atrocious this year as well..we can all blame the players, which is logical, but the coach deserves just as much blame this year..
This team also plays with very little energy and intensity, it was like this last year too..

We are a good team. That's the most frustrating thing. You can see it in the runs they make, but they don't keep their intensity near the level it needs to be. Jefferson is the worst 95% of the time, he stands around and watches happen around him. It's ridiculous, I don't know why Pop doesn't get all over him for it. So, agreed with HarlemHeat that the coaching has also not been what it needs to be.
It's not that we aren't finishing either... it's that we're slacking so hard in the 3rd and early 4th that we can't catch up in the end. It seems like we make a run late in all these loses, but it's just too little too late.
A team that play that kind of defense is not a good team. We're pathetic
We've been winning in TD era with defense and see guys like Jefferson and Dice playing defense and Pop playing small ball make me sad

If Manu is hurt again there goes the season...I don't think can pick up the slack.
All that jumping I did when I heard we acquired RJ was just a waste of my ing time. Although I can't put all the blame on him.

Hardly. All Manu's damage comes in the first half. His shot is flat in the second half and his three point shot is non existent.
