that would be great, the Spurs have lost great front office talent over the years (making those championship runs more impressive)

i wouldn't complain, in all honesty.
i think it's funny that teams expect ex-Spur officials to be able to reproduce what they did in San Antonio...RIGHT AWAY. PJ Carlisemo was given, what, two years, not even? now Kevin Pritchard is ousted?
guess they don't realize that patience is the key to success...![]()
But, look what Sam Presti managed to do with the personel in OKC - PJ got screwed there, as that team didn't have enough around Durant when he was with them.
Bring PJ back now too, then we will make it complete!!!!!!!!!!!
thats the guy i want back on our team for damn sure! defense went out the door when he split.
haha someone got the video of timmy when he's like a turk a dirk and jerk or something like that
Mike Brown is who we need...
but i wish they would at least sign PJ back.
Where does it speculate Pritchard back to the Spurs?
It doesn't. Another junk thread full of what if's
Doesn't but people here are. If Pritchard gets the ax then the Spurs might offer him a position since he understands the workings of this team.
Anyway I wouldn't mind him back as well as PJ but only in a assistent coach role. I really don't think PJ has what it takes to be the main man. Just my gut feeling though.
As far as I'm concerned, Pritchard can go himself. Not only did he never once even help us out a little, he went out of his way to us by trading in front and grabbing Batum. Enjoy your unemployment checks, Kev.
That being said, why? All he's done is draft/trade for a GREAT roster.
If/when Pritchard leaves the Blazers, he'll be looking for a position with more control than he currently has. He's not going to be interested in working for Buford and the Spurs won't push Buford aside to hire Pritchard.
So, no.
