Well remember when i posted the thing Wells Fargo did, that i was paying for this insurance i didnt know about,well i filed a Fraud Claim, and today i got letter and it said that it was a fraud and i will get the money put back into my account

another thing you should watch out for is handing your bank card to someone at like say a fast food restaurant especially in the drive thru where they can just walk away with it out of sight. there is an electronic device they can scan it through that will steal your info and you will have strange charges pop up all over the place. also, they can just copy the number and use it to order things online like porn, my parents had to file a fraud claim on like 300 dollars in porn last summer, which the bank gave back. it's really best to use cash whenever possible.

Bo just recently received a letter from our credit union stating that starting in June they would be providing us with fraud protection at our expense. They would deduct a dollar monthly for our account.
The letter stated that we had to call them or return the form if we did NOT want the service.

if you don't notify them that you do not want the service, that is your confirmation that it's ok to charge the account, yes?

Yes, but what a back handed way to go about it. I bet more than one person misreads that letter and doesn't respond to it, thinking that they'd have to return the slip TO be signed up for the service.
