AT&T CENTER–In more ways than one, the San Antonio Spurs were able to turn back the clock in order to turn back the Orlando Magic.

For one magical evening in the AT&T Center it was almost 2005 again. A loud, boisterous crowd provided the playoff atmosphere and the Spurs eldest trio of Manu Ginobili, Tim Duncan and Antonio McDyess delivered performances straight out of the 2005 NBA Finals video vault.

The hair might be a little thinner, but Manu Ginobili’s game remains as sharp as it ever was. The wild forays to the rim, weaving in and out of defenders grasp, the trademark “el contusion” style that earned 17 free throw attempts and the dagger step back 3-pointers for 43 points, six rebounds and five assists. It was vintage Manu Ginobili.
