IMO Bolton's voice is pimp, very underrated. IMO.

I've never understood the hate for him really. I mean, he's got a good voice. His lyrics aren't top notch, but they do the job.

I guess because when you're white, 30, and have a limp because of your impotence, you like to cover it up by listening to hard rock bands because you still wanna feel young and rebellious even though you're out cooking ballpark franks with a Worlds Greatest Dad apron and a fanny pack underneath outside at a family picnic.

Yeah, office space made some really good puns on the guy and it makes much easier to not to dismiss, but flat out hate on the guy.

I mean, nothing sounds more re ed than "Michael Bolton sucks, i listen to real music like Poison and ACDC!".

All it really is is love making music. And i guess in that case i see the reason for the hate. African Americans will claim Barry White, and you are stuck with Michael Bolton. And since none of you limp s and housewife bags are players or get tons of play, it seems so fake to claim you dig Barry White.
