Was just announced I guess, and Manu was obviously waiting with anticipation. I think he's the first person on the internet to report it, lol. I couldn't find anything about them winning the bid, just that it would be announced today.

Argentina será sede del Preolímpico 2011!! Mar del Plata, ahí estaremos!! Qué alegría más grande volver a jugar un campeonato en el país 10 años después de NQN! Va a ser una gran fiesta seguramente!! ~ Argentina will host the 2011 Olympic Qualifying. We'll play in our country for the 1st time in 10 years! It's gonna be FUN!
