Bro you seem invested in this serious tbh, despite having your team swept about 2 weeks ago. Why you trippin, bro?
I'm guaranteeing this series goes 7 as long as the Suns play zone the entire duration of game 6
Hey Suns the quarters you played Zone the entire time you outscored the Lakers 27-25 and 29-25 respectively in the 3rd and 4th quarters.
Keys to victory for game 6:
1. Zone, the entire game
2. Nash and JR are only guys allowed to shoot critical shots at the end of games
3. Frye isn't big shot Rob (he had 2 3 pt attempts late in the game for some reason)
4. When you don't have a chance for another offensive possession and are able to sub in a rebounder like Lopez, do it, don't keep in your 3 pt shooting center who can't rebound

Still a fan of the game and at least I know how to actually comment on a game without going after posters for their comments.
I like to determine the turning points in a series where momentum changes or what type of adjustments need to be made.
I like how all your points are all Suns related
You should definitely mail gentry, imho, your genius could be what saves the suns season imho.
I think the Suns will win Game 6...even though a game like tonight is a heartbreaker, the Suns had no business being in this game tonight anyway. Down 15+ points, they could've rolled over and called it a game, but they scratched and clawed and fought back, and it took ing Artest of all people to catch a Kobe airball and put it back in at the buzzer...
another key that the Suns weren't that heartbroken, their comments during their press conferences; especially Steve Nash he is ready to come back to LA for game 7
No reason for the suns to be heartbroken, they already won the le when they swept the spurs lmao
This series is over. Suns are officially ed. Lakers now smell blood. Since the Rocket series, the Lakers have closed out every series on the ROAD. I dont see this changing. The Lakers are going to impose their will on the Suns Saturday night. Suns are done.
just watched the final shot again, Dudley was going toward the basket for the rebound then stopped to awe at Kobe's shot. Both him and Dudley were to blame for not getting that rebound.
Artest who was further out on the perimeter then JR noticed the ball was going to be short because after Kobe shot it JR started to come in but Artest rushed in a little after that.
damn man..you're pretty obsessed with the zone. Thats all you kept talking about in the game thread.
well sometimes the difference in a game can be as simple as that, the stats support that the zone was more effective then man to man which they used in the first half and got outscored in 1st and 2nd quarters
I'm guaranteeing this series doesn't go past six, as long as the Lakers play with a lead the entire duration of the game.![]()
Congrats Lakers, it only took you 4 games to beat the zone, and the 3rd game it wasn't even used until the 2nd half. That first half with the Suns going man to man just raised the Lakers confidence level up to another level and now the zone doesn't have the same mental edge.
Again I never said the Lakers couldn't break the zone, but you keep doing it until they do you keep with what works
that is what makes it even worse is that in pivotal games 5 and 6 he was still stubborn that he kept with his 4th quarter rotation minutes where he doesn't bring Nash or JR back in before the 6 min mark. He does that because it works, so why change the zone to man to man in pivotal game 5 when it didn't work in games 1 and 2
wow really Barbossa like a 27 foot 3 couldn't have shot a worse shot
yet this game is all on Gentry not bringing Nash and JR back with 6 min to go in a no tomorrow type game. He waits till 3 min , before that Barbossa is chucking up bad 3s
damn Nash got stuck in the air there , nothing to do
