PHOENIX – It was as genuine and precious and as real a scene as you’ll ever see.

Derek Fisher had just done his post-game stint in the interview room and he met Steve Nash, with his twin daughters in tow, in the hallway of the arena.
The pair of warriors exchanged handshakes, exchanged heartfelt words of admiration, and then Fisher stooped down to greet the girls, who each had their arms wrapped around one of their father’s legs.
“Can you say o to Mr. Fisher?” Nash asked them and both of the little darlings held on tighter and backed away.

Fisher cracked up laughing and shook his head. He said, “I know you’re thinking: ‘You just beat up my Daddy for two weeks and now you want us to say hi?’ ”
Nash: “He’s OK, girls. Really.”
Then Nash turned to Fisher and said, “You know, they’ve been calling you the Poopy Lakers.”
