I'll feel bad for them after D'antoni is fired and has to go back to Europe. Until then, I want to see as much failure from that organization as possible.
Will you feel bad for them, or laugh at them?

if they fail, they can build via the portland trailblazers and stock pile young pieces and take assets from teams using their caproom
Rocket fan is banking everything on the Knicks..
Laugh. But I wont be surprised.
I bet they offer Amar'''e a max deal. The question is whether the Suns match it.
My guess is that if the Suns don't have a contract with Amare worked out extremely early July he's as good as gone. He's said multiple times he's open to taking less than the max (yet the media twists it around), the issue is the duration of the contract because of his knee. There's still a chance he might decide to opt in on his player option.
Absofreakinglutely.

thats b/c what the Knicks do or dont do in free agency drives up the value of those picks they gave us, or drive them down
I will do a belly laugh when they have to max out a second level player.
i'll hate them because they'll be going after melo next year instead.
Sure would be great to see overpaid Carlos Boozer and Rudy Gay type players on the Knicks next year.
even if they manage to miss Lebron this summer, they'll still have enough room for a max who can also boost the basketball market in big apple. They aren't winning championship anyway even with Lebron.
It's not too late for Isiah Thomas to find a way to ruin this, too.
