Looks like a neighborhood issue rather than a WalMart issue. The superstore we have in Wood Village just gas everyday ordinary Oregonians.
Some Oregonian's get pretty wierd though.

Obviously, the next time I go back to the US, I have to treat myself to a trip to Wal-Mart.

San Antonio wal-marts attract some weird people, no matter what area they are in. Local flavors include "annoying gang of ugly teenagers", "hobo" and "single mom with all 7 kids".
I dunno how safe our parking lots are either, there's like 35 security cameras all over them.
