Very good 7 minute video. More an overall story of Game 5, since Horry's 4th quarter is left out and we just see the OT dunk and the winning shot. Includes Timmy's hilarious deadpan performance at the podium after the game.

Tim is the Master at the dead pan.
Bones' comments were only slightly funnier than Eminem's frosted tips at around the 4:35 mark.
Have we reached the point where the extent to which Robert Horry is an "unsung" hero of the Finals is almost overstated?
I'm not disparaging his contributions to the various rings he now owns -- he's undoubtedly a hero of the Finals for several different champions -- but I'm not sure how a guy who is as renowned as Big Shot Rob can be considered an "unsung" hero of the Finals any more.
A song should be written and sung to right this injustice.
So we can sing of the unsung hero?
Precisely. Should be easy enough. We can sing it as poorly as we want as long as we hit the last note perfectly.
The Way We Were
Actually, I think you could choose whether to even hum along (maybe even to a different song at times), but then you're absolutely right -- you'd belt out that last note.
Best game ever! Best Championship series ever!
How the did duncan miss that tip, lol, still drives me crazy
"unsung hero" of the finals Robert Horry is definitely not. The name "Big Shot Bob" was only inflated after Game 5. In fact, when we talk about Horry the first thing to come to mind is Game 5 (unless you're a Suns fan).
I've always hated Rick Kamla (sp?), but that postgame interview w/ Duncan is still one of the all-time best moments for me as fan.
+1
Unsung is definitely not the proper descriptor for this man.
Man, that game (and series) aged me lol. I was ready to kill something after Duncan missed that tip-in.
Thank God Horry's mom met Horry's dad at the right time.
That was one of...if not THE most nerve-wrecking game I've ever watched as a Spurs fan.
Thanks for posting this. As ty as it feels to see the team slide, being able to look back and see what Timmy, et. al. accomplished makes one realize how great we've had it.
where does robert horrys jersey hang when it gets retired?
damn forgot about Timmy's missed put back.
seems like so long ago. loved that game.
Timmy's post game interview![]()
Too bad AJ and Sean fans, Horry's Game 5 winning 3-pointer blows the other two out of the water as the best Spurs shot ever. Period. End of story. The Spurs sure could use a big man with Horry's basketball IQ.
