They haven't even resigned/sign and traded LeBron yet, they're not in rebuilding mode officially. And Hickson is not better than Blair, he's like Tyson Chanlder and benefits a ton from LeBron's presence on the court. Parker is old, not what we need, and Moon sucks.

So no, that's a ing horrible trade.

Seriously Jermaine..why the would you trade Hill and Blair for the players you mentioned..dont get me wrong, from what I've seen of Hickson he looks promising, but as mentioned earlier, things get alot easier when 98% of the defense's focus is stopping LeBron. George Hill is a classic "Pop" guy..he's low key ( besides some broad trying to hate on him with the pics ) he hits the 3, he works hard on defense, and he has shown improvement from his rookie season by leaps and bounds, most of which came from his confidence he gained this past year..now why would you want to trade someone like that without knowing how much better he's gonna get? As for Blair, undersized or not he has shown he produces at a high rate with limited minutes..can you imagine how much better he's gonna get with some more minutes, maybe a play or two called his way?? EVERYTHING the guy did last year was off cleanup duties for the most part, now that the coaching staff has an idea of what they could get from Blair, think how much better he will get in his 2nd year with more focus on getting him involved, as Hill did this past year.
