It was interesting to hear Ryan [Thompson] worked out with shooting-guard Lance Stephenson from Cincinnati, small-forward Landry Fields from Stanford, guard Demond "Tweety" Carter from Baylor and point-guard Ben Uzoh from Tulsa.

I watched both Tweety and Curtis Jerrells (currently on Spurs roster) while they were at Baylor and I think of the two I'd have to take Tweety. Both are natural scorers, but I thought Tweety developed faster and better at being the team's distributor. Add to that his excellent makeup (character and work ethic are awesome), and I think the Spurs should at least look at bringing this kid in to summer league if he goes undrafted.
