In a heart beat. Al Jefferson's injury takes about 2 years to improve. This year should be better for him.
yall think the spurs are looking into this? or not
Just throwing it out there.
Tony Parker, DeJuan Blair, 20th pick, 2011 pick for Al Jefferson, Ricky Rubio (rights), 4th pick.
Yeah I read a Chad Ford article last night about it at PSD.
Frontline of Splitter/Jefferson/Blair after Timmy retires

this is a good trade but i dont wanna lose blair he is the future, throw in jefferson instead

However, the most consistent thing I'm hearing is that the team appears to be determined to move Al Jefferson. According to sources the Wolves have offered him to Detroit for Tayshaun Prince this week and have also contacted the Pacers about their interest in Jefferson for Troy Murphy's expiring contract.
However, the latest thing I'm hearing out of Minnesota may have the most legs. Sources have told me that the Wolves and Grizzlies have been discussing a swap that would send Jefferson to the Grizzlies for Zach Randolph. The deal would allow the Wolves to save a lot of money over time. Randolph has one year, $17.6 million left on his contract. Jefferson has three years, $42 million left.

Don't get me wrong, Blair is a beast but he'll never be a superstar. He's undersized, and that's something which prevents him from being a real superstar.
I thought about starting this thread last night, but decided against it. Doesnt really matter, because I doubt we would get in on this for what they would want for him. Also, he is not much of a defensive presence is he?
I think spurs should trade rj for him
Al Jefferson is really injury prone....pass
Jefferson and 20th for Jefferson and 4th.
Yeah he is a bit, but he played at least 70 games 4 out of his 6 seasons. I know that isnt great, but I wouldnt consider him TMac or Grant Hill just yet.
No way that happens. A bit one sided dont ya think?
Maybe but they want to unload that contract.
He is a one of the better post presences as far as offense goes. He can get you 20Pts. 10Rebs. 1Blk. 2Assts. while shooting %50.
Sign me up! But even Kahn isn't *that* stupid. That kind of deal would make Isiah Thomas blush.
Great take! Should we move him for Lebron or Durant if the opportunity arises?
I dont think they want it moved that bad.
No thanks, his defense is horrible.
As if RJ's is that much better...![]()
