    trial at Manchester United says a lot.....he was average IMO. Many of the US shots were right at him, which made the saves ordinary. Where is he at now? He should get a look from some top league clubs

    To be honest I thought the US let him off the hook. Gomez had a shot early when he was playing far too right that I thought was going to get past him and I can't remember who else got him to commit too early and then instead of taking the shot passed.

    He was beat a lot and I think the USA just made poor decisions/shots.

    I thought it was a brave effort. Wasn't world class, but on the world's biggest stage he stepped up when he needed to this cup. I tip my hat to him.
