    I just watched about the first 35 minutes of Brazil/Portugal and all I can say is BORING! Portugal has everybody back and Brazil won't take any chances. This is the kind of match that turns off American sports fans.

    I'm not watching this game, but I've always considered portugal to be the worst- they dive, they act like their dead, then they lobby for calls and cards, and then on the other end they beat the crap out of you and complain when they get called for it. can't stand them.

    Tlong you think american sports fans like NFL games where the teams rest the starters? Because thats pretty much the equivalent of what you're seeing here.

    In any event, I think people are getting sick of hearing why American fans don't like something. I know if I was a Euro or South American poster I wouldn't give a rats ass if the Americans ever liked this game.

    Dude, I LOVE soccer. I just don't like this game. And I agree with you about NFL games when they rest the starters. I'm just saying this is a suck ass game and isn't doing anything to help the sport here.

    The issue has nothing to do with starters not playing in this game. It's about the approach. There is no attacking.
