Probably tired of giving interviews, he is real excited about joining the Spurs though. Dude could've taken full MLE yet was fine with a cheap contract.

Is it just me, or Tiago's language barrier, or maybe he couldn't be bothered talking to reporters at that time, but he doesn't seem awfully excited about joining the Spurs in this interview?
Or maybe he's TD version 2.0 stoic and void of showing emotions

Hope so mate. That's what i thought to, if it were me i'd be sick and tired of giving constant interviews to. Of all the footage i saw of Tiago playing overseas the dude always seemed so happy to be there and being with his teammates. Let's just hope he was just tired and he brings lots of excitement and energy to our spurs :-)
