COWBOYFAN MAKING TOO MANY THREADS!!!!

The other thing I wanted to mention is the quarterback position. To put it in golf terms, I try to hit across the water; that’s my style, rather than laying up and going to the green to get us a quarterback after Aikman retired. And we ultimately just didn’t get it done. [Quincy] Carter was [Tony] Romo. Carter could move around, he moved around to throw but he didn’t have it in his mind. He didn’t have it and we couldn’t ever have dreamed the drug thing would be what it would be with him. So the bottom line is I’m covering a lot of ground fast. I could give you all the excuses in the world. It’s good to have this quarterback and good to have this team like we got it today. We got a shot
http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcont...c581af4.htmlSo he would have ended up a choker anyway?
wow. what a fan- ing-tastic read. This is information I needed to know. Thank you so much for starting this valuable thread. Should be eighty pages in no time
Now go die
What's with the hostility, bro? Dude, c'mon.
tbh, I think he's a Cowboys hater
Compared to Carter he is.
Still...I think Jerry has been smokin' something.
I agree 100 percent. Drugs nailed him. Still remember that day they tossed Carter out on his ass. They were tight lipped to as why for a little bit.
If there's one thing Carter wasn't, that's a choker. In his short time he had some awesome late game plays.
Still think it's a shame he killed his own career.
Always liked Carter, was hoping he would be the future for the team, but that was before he was tested positive. However, I don't think he would have one Pro Bowl appearance.
Carter couldn't throw the ball 30yards without losing velocity.....not to mention accuracy.
Carter had plenty of chances and couldn't cut...........so could not be Romo.
Carter was bad and JJ was too stubborn to admit it.
