Miller spoke while attending a mixed martial arts (MMA) event - Bellator 24, the Bellator Fighting Championships Season 3 debut at the Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, Fl.
Miller is a big MMA fan. He even sponsors some of the biggest names in sport, guys such as Ryan "Darth" Bader and C.B. Dollaway, a pair of top-ranked Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC) fighters who are on the UFC 119 card Sept. 19, and Aaron Simpson and Robbie Lawler.
"We've been doing it now for two or three years," he said of sponsoring fighters. "It's a lot of fun and it's a great sport. I conditioned with those guys out in Phoenix two weeks ago."
That's right. Miller spent part of his off-season doing conditioning training with world-class MMA fighters.
"No punches," Miller said.
And the workout?
"It was unbelievable," he said.
