they need to play within their "role" and do the things that they are just naturally good at on offense just w/in the spurs system ex: neal after having a pick set for you at the three this is crucial time to show your fast pull up three, and i think anderson can do this very well when neal isnt out there. splitter was the main man for his team last year so if pop wants him to be mainly defensive then i believe splitter will do just that, compared to what he did just last season for his team being a 4th option shouldnt be too hard for splitter who carried the whole team to a championship he is relentless
