I tuned in the game with 5 minutes remaining in the first quarter so I don't know if he started or not, but it would surprise me a lot if he didn't, he played starters minutes though, maybe he started the game on the bench for some odd reason but I don't think that's something that will stay that way.Oh, sorry about that.

Spain did not want to win and what they did was very smart. Any smart team would have done the same thing. Congrats to France on the win though.
A bronze medal is within reach. This roster is pretty much the same (minus a one legged Manu and a Nocioni that didn't make much of a difference that tournament) as the one of the olympics and they won Bronze there.

Who cares about this worldcup? The EC next year will have more quality (stars) because of the olympic qualification.
Add Dirk and Kaman to this team and give the young players a year more to learn and germany can do some damage next year.
