    Old Wilt played young Kareem and held his ground.

    Old Kareem played Hakeem and held his ground.

    Old Hakeem played Shaq and dominated him.

    I would say these dominating players like Wilt and such can play in almost any era.

    Could you still average those ridiculous 50.4 ppg and 28 rpg? Probably not because the game has slowed down and have more structure, but I am pretty sure that he would still dominate, and be an MVP level type player year in and year out.
