There's no proof they'll really attempt to do it. For that the GOP wd need majorities in both bodies. A dubious proposition, even with the Dems looking exactly like pitiful losers right now.
The can destroy it, if they get control of the House, by defunding it, pretty much the way the Repugs defunded the SEC and let Wall St run wild.

Teabaggers always cite a high number of people who don't like it, but they don't mention why they don't like it. It's not for the same reasons, and repugs will only make things worse.
