I forgot how amazing that Bird/McHale/Parrish frontcourt was.
Right up there with Duncan/Robinson/Elliott
Hakeem was still just a baby going up against probably the best post player in the game. Nonetheless, he held his own but McHale was just a master on the block.

His decline was precipitous & frightening. It's eclipsed his prime.
He was a beast plain and simple...I could only imagine how he would toy with bigs of today.
Difficult to see that now, Dubs. His state at retirement was humiliating. I felt genuinely bad for him.

Why is Hakeem Olajuwon wearing a red uniform in those videos? I thought he was a Toronto Raptor. Did the Raptors have red uniforms back then??
