    I saw it go down live on TV news. Nothing on the internet when I posted this, that they were both women, hence the le name:

    SUV driver leads LA police on wild chase
    The woman driver and a female passenger were arrested Tuesday at 10:50 a.m. after a wheel broke off the Ford Explorer and spun to a halt at Del Amo Boulevard and Bloomfield Avenue in Cerritos.
