The Bills have a chance to save their franchise this offseason, and with a couple clear-cut moves, the fans and team have a reason to be optimistic again. This is what you NEED to do you old wrinkly :

1) Fire Chan Gailey (as soon as the season is over, if not sooner)...he's a retread and he sucks.

2) Hire Jim Harbaugh (give him whatever he wants)...dude has done wonders with the Stanford program, and that family seems to know what they're doing when it comes to football.

3) Draft Andrew Luck...not Locker, Ponder, or Mallett...Luck will have a lot easier transition with Harbaugh and won't be looking over his shoulder. Keep Fitzy as a back-up, he's solid.

4) Sign or draft offensive and defensive linemen--DON'T LOOK AT ANY OTHER POSITIONS.

5) Euthanize Ralph Wilson...he's been legally dead for 15 years, now it's just time to finish the job.

6) Be patient in 2011. This team will suck, but should be fun to watch on offense. They should get better as the year goes on.

7) In the 2012 draft go strictly defense.
