What feels better? Warming up when its extremely cold, or cooling down when it's extremely hot?

Tbh, right now, as it's winter, I gotta go with warming up in the arms of a loved one whomever he may be.

Personally for me, nothing beats the feel of A/C after playing basketball in 90 degree heat for 3 hours. Warming up when it's freezing out just makes me want to go to sleep. Not a bad thing, to be sure, but it's just not as refreshing as stepping into air conditioning.
