Wal-Mart has this facebook "like" compe ion thing going on right now to promote the fight against hunger across America.
Wal-Mart will donate $1 millions to the city that has the most "Likes" on their facebook page and will donate $100,000 to the other 5 highest ranked cities to help fight hunger.
I don't remember exactly when the whole thing started, but it was probably some time in mid December. For the first few days San Antonio was ranked #3 behind Fresno, CA and Wichita, KS. Since yesterday the SA has dropped to #4 behind Salt Lake City and even to #9 for a few brief moments behind Dallas.
So, to ensure that, at least, we beat Dallas, we should all click "Like" and spread the word. Hunger is a big issue in San Antonio, it shows off to the side of the San Antonio page that the hunger index for San Antonio is about 19 whereas the average is about 4. San Antonio needs some help.

Missing a couple meals would do San Antonians some good. Besides, the Mormons have a lot of wives to feed; let them have it.
Fresno is at like 23,000. No one is catching up and beating them.
I didn't say "Let's beat Fresno" I said "Let's beat Dallas and Salt Lake City."
