LMFAO. Although under current Big Brother society the man will probably face charges for this, if the right person sees it. Sad really, he did the right thing.
What i was thinking. More power to him, kids need a good ass beating now and then...but yea, he will probably get CPS called on him.

Spanking didn't even hurt the kid. You gotta make them at least cringe for it to work.

Oh the point got across. The kid was almost crying, had to post it on facebook, recan't his gangstaness in public, and now millions of people are laughing at him via a viral video on the net.

You're allowed to spank your kids, FYI. CPS doesn't stop you from spanking your kid.

Awesome. For a guy who "doesn't come from the hood", gangsta!

As for the CPS thing...50/50 shot.

Wouldn't be the first kid to be beat with a belt, but all of those weren't broadcast over the internet either.

CPS is a Texas agency. Figure it out for yourself why those others don't apply to what a Texas agency does.

It may not physically hurt, but the embarrassment was more than enough to set the kids straight.

What's funny is the uncle is talking about how they're not gangsta and yet, has his pants hanging halfway off his ass like they are gangsta.

I've had some neighbors who, if you just see the car they drive or hear the music blasting, would think they were gangbangers and . But then you see the the guys, and they are anything but gangsta looking, just respectable looking guys who happened to also be black.

So then why'd you post some technicality based bull ? The point was that these days parents can be arrested for spanking their kids, CPS or not.
Mother er its not my fault you can't read. I said CPS won't with you. In other words, in TEXAS. I don't give a what es in NJ can do or can't do. I'm telling you what can be done in Texas where most of the people posting here live.

Not to mention that you posted four links. You don't think there have been more than four people out there who are spanking their kids?

I swear you ers get more re ed by the day. Someone should have beat you when you were young.

Just because CPS won't with you doesn't mean that you can't be arrested for spanking your kids, obviously you dumb ape-looking inbred. And who the said this video had to be recorded in Texas?
Actually thats exactly what it means. God damn you must be a dumb when this inbred ape-looking person is that much smarter than you.

I'm not talking about the video. I didn't say the person in the video didn't have to worry about anything.

Just stop. I'm beating you worse than the nephew you got beat and its not pretty. You should stick to trolling people who are dumber then you (amazing but they're actually are people that dumb).

    Look you stupid

Does her arrest prove that spanking is now against the law in Texas?

We put that question to Bexar County Assistant District Attorney Cliff Herberg. "The law allows you to spank your child. You are allowed to impose reasonable, physical discipline on your child."

    Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.

    Anyway, on with my spanking

Corporal punishment is lawful in the home in all states. In Minnesota, examination of several laws has led some legal experts to conclude that corporal punishment is not permitted in that state, but according to the legislation a parent, legal guardian or caretaker may use reasonable force to restrain or correct a child (Sec. 609.379. [Cr.]) and the Minnesota Court of Appeal has overturned convictions for physical abuse involving corporal punishment.

    Oh noes, spanking is illegal.

Click on the link and it tells you right after that quote. Basically don't be a dumb and beat on your kid. You can't treat your kid like a punching bag because you can spank them.

I have family members who work for CPS. Family members who spanked their kids growing up. It's not illegal at all and they already have their hands full dealing with real assholes of parents without having to go after good parents who spank their kids.

What do you expect them to put into the law? I mean really, at some point along the line someone has to use common sense. That doesn't mean that there won't be some stupid cases that go before a judge but that is pretty much the case with ANY law.

A good friend of mine worked for them, too, and I was constantly appalled at how horrible the parents could be, as well as what cons uted a CPS visit when "abuse" or "neglect" was brought up...

I know, but that term leaves each case wide open to investigation, and it's to the discretion of each CPS office to interpret what one should consider "over the line." You just better hope you don't catch that particular caseworker's supervisor on a bad day...
