Walton is a kiss ass of the Lakers.(period!)
All this guy does is flip flop like crazy less than 2 weeks ago he is saying Duncan is not anywhere close to what he was 2 years ago, last night he is kissing Tim's butt saying how great and dominant he is. He also got Manu's age wrong said he was 25, unfortunately he is 28 i wish he was 25.

Walton's there as a color commentator. Even if he got some little facts wrong, i think he was in his moment last night.

Scenario: Rasho cathes a bullet pass and dunks it.

Next play, parker trys to whip a pass in there and rasho fumbles it

Bill Walton has always had this persona about being funny. He thinks he is, but he's just not. This is why nobody likes him.

Walton is a caricature. If you stop thinking of him as a commentator, he's quite funny with his contradictory nature. The Barry rebounding rif was hilarious. Everything with him is an absolute.

Walton IS funny. Everyone knows he is full of sh*t. Sometimes he calls it right but most of the time he is captain hyperbole.
My favorite Waltonism from last night went something like this:
"Beno Uridih just fouled Amare.....with his back!"

I think half the time, Walton just says things to create some controversy and/or not conform to what the majority of NBA fans thinks. You gotta take what he says with a grain of salt, just because he says it, doesn't make it absolute.
Manu is 27. he will be 28 on 7/28. Still fairly young.
When the games are tight and close, he's more serious. When a team's up 20 like we were, he's there to keep the viewers tuned in.
I think there's some people on here who are taking themselves, and Walton, too seriously.

Two weeks ago, Duncan wasn't was playing like he had been 2 years ago. He is now. I don't see anything wrong with what Walton said. HAHAHAHA try and say that tongue twister again! haha "wrong with what Walton said"
