A big who can score on the dow-low while not being too ty on D (basically Z-Bo or Scola, wait....our front office already sucked there I think)
A wing being a pest on the perimeter (basically Tony Allen or Stephen Jackson wait...our Front office already sucked there I think)
To get these:
I'm open to package Tony with Richard and some of the young (blair, hill, splitter, neal, anderson...)
Spurs are not trading Tony and they would be lucky to get rid of RJ. Maybe he can finish his career in New Jersey. We should trade him for Kim Kardashian.

Once things cool down maybe McDyess rethinks his position and comes back. The guy played great for his age but really should be a fallback after Splitter.
