Other than wanting to be a -head, why would you possibly defend the racist tirade of fat, influential, windbag, scat muncher?
I think now we are headed back to the times where we insulted the rest of the world and then complain when they don't play nice with us.. Those were the good old times "Old Europe", "Y'er either with us or against us" etc...
he should be careful on his next "special asian vacation."
I'm interested what you would call Hu after reading what you labeled Rush. Well............ really not that interested.
If anybody were to mock the leader of a country where a worker(rat) works for $300 a month I would think it's a non-issue. When a "worthy" news organization reports on it, it's pretty ing stupid. SNL makes fun of world leaders. Does HuffnPuff report on them every Sunday. Many comedians have mocked Chinese language in their stand up, no? , I've done it and I know you have too and if you haven't then I'm sorry, O Righteous One.
Credit to baseline for posting this a few months back:
Seriously? Seriously? You really wanna go down the road of comparing a sketch comedy show or a comedian to a completely serious racist tirade from a political commentator? Just making sure that's the road you want to choose.SNL makes fun of world leaders. Does HuffnPuff report on them every Sunday. Many comedians have mocked Chinese language in their stand up, no?
racist tirade from a political commentator? He's THE voice of the Republican party...
I can't comment on the vid cuz I can't see it on my phone. As far as this "road I choose/chose", I'm just following HuffnPuff's lead. You should maybe start arguing with them before you start your blathering to me.
What's the difference? They're all just entertainers.
No. SNL is a comedy show. They sometimes mocks politicians. They don't mock, in a directly hateful, non-comedic way, the essence of different cultures or languages.
Maybe some comedian out there is getting laughs from redneck bubbas, by going up on stage and mocking Mandarin Chinese. No comedian who is taken even half seriously does that.
Rush Limbaugh, as GGA pointed out, is to an extent one of the most influential voices of the modern GOP (if not THE voice). He is not a comedian. He is not an entertainer. And he is not just a mouthpiece for the GOP's agenda. He creates and drives the ethic of the Republican party. And defending his being a flat out hateful racist, under the guise that 'it's just entertainment' is naive at best. More likely disingenuous; I question why.
That was quite funny. I'll give him that.
After translating Rushs' Chinese..."My favorite donut is every donut...when I stand up...my chair smells like a cat shelter..."
Spare me. Political commentators are entertainers, nothing more.
You're wrong.
Even if you weren't and Rush were nothing more than an entertainer, he'd be the tiest, most offensive one on earth.
The difference is rush is serious about his racism.
Not as good as the SNL skit that mocked the Chinese President, but still pretty funny.

so you can look into his heart?
Gimme a break. Rush Limbaugh holds no more power than people are willing to give him.
That was hysterical
I don't have to look into his heart; just have to listen to him.
Pointing out one's racist actions is not giving one power.Gimme a break. Rush Limbaugh holds no more power than people are willing to give him.
I couldn't understand what Rush said, tbh.
Chinee can mean something a bit different in Trinidad, but it ain't PC nowise:
