What side of town are you on and how far are you willing to drive? If you want good pan dulce you better be willing to go to the West or Southsides.
There are a couple of really good ones in Corpus (Plaza Michocana is the best!) that I go to when I am there, but I don't know of any here in San Antonio.

doesn't matter, just list the ones you know please
I go to the south and west side all of the time.
There's a good one on Culebra @ Les Harrison (right before 1604).
I don't know the names but here goes. (Actually, half of them are probably La Popular)
Marbach and Hunt next to the Pizza Hut.
There's a couple on Culebra I go to. I don't know what the cross streets are, but any drive down the street and you will see one.
There is one with damn good empanadas on Zarzamora just south of Culebra.
I know a bunch more, but I have no idea what street they are on.
You can't go wrong on the Southside...try Pleasanton off of S.W. Military...
los cocos on west avenue is not bad. it's just a couple blocks north of basse on the left.
Over here on the Southside where I work we frequent, Mary Lou's, Gordo's, Las Cazuelaz, and Brother's Tacos...for breakfast tacos. All pretty decent.
Dude we live in San Antonio just look at every corner, even the westside and southside bakery's are expanding to the northside
