Two straight games where he's had very good games against the size and skill of the vaunted Lakers frontline, which makes fools out of nearly every other elite big in the league. It's even more amazing when you consider Miami has no legitimate center other than a 56 year old Ilgauskas.

So how in the has the softest big man in the league been beasting on them?

Yes, I've watched the games, and I still don't get it.

Bosh went hard when he had Gasol on him, Pau went early season mode in the fourth. Chris passed up the chance when Bynum was on him. He's always played well against te Lakers even when he toiled in Toronto.

I didn't watch the game, but my guess is because Gasol is not a good 1 on 1 defender and regularly gets abused when iso'd against an athletic face up PF like Amare or Bosh. He also abused them because they didn't get enough shots. Kobe felt he should take 21 shots and Bynum should take 5 against a team that doesn't have a center

The Lakers should have changed up who was defending him. When Bynum plays him he has struggled at times in the past, whereas Bosh seems to play pretty well against Gasol and Odom.
